To book an office or virtual appointment for one of the following insurances, please continue below:

If this is the first time we are seeing you, and you have one of the following benefit plans, please note:

These appointments focus on lactation and infant feeding support but are billed through your Perinatal Doula Benefits rather than your standard lactation benefits. Your plan includes 9–11 perinatal visits total. If you have already used any of these visits, appointments with our office will count toward your remaining benefit. Insurance verification is completed through our billing partner, Loula, and may take up to 3 business days. We are able to accept the following benefit plans: 

• Medi-Cal (Anthem, Health Net, Community Health Group, Molina)
• Kaiser (Medi-Cal & HMO)
• Blue Shield of California Promise Plan
